[Resolved]  Karbonn K10 — manufacturing defects

I have purchased one K-10 model Karbonn Mobile from M/S Swapan Lok 295 Indira Bajar Jaipur forRs 3850/- vide bill no 223 dated 26.03.2010 with IMEI No M- IMEI [protected] and S- IMEI [protected] . The subject mobile has some manufacturing defect like pasting of glass is poor resulting in gradual removing of glass pasting and one KEY (T) of querty Key pad has dropped and lost somewhere while talking on road beside poor voice quality . I have approached seller who in turn advised to contact service center. the telephone number given in booklet of two service centres at Jaipur namely M/S Salora International & M/S Ganesh Telecom are wrong . On 15.12.2010 i contacted Mr Parveen Circle Head for Haryana at M/s Sanjay Mobile NARWANA (Haryana) while on tour . He refused to help. I am on touring job and remain constantly on tour. I felt being cheated for selling poor quality mobile and seek immediate refund of my money alongwith Rs 5000/- for mental agony caused by the trauma. KARBONN K-10 — HANDSET WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT

I had purchased 2 Karbonn K10 mobile phones vide invoice No.941 & 942 dated 31/05/2010 through Saluja Enterprises, Godown Road, Chandigarh Road, KHANNA-141401 Punjab (Mobile No.[protected]. Since the first day, these mobile handsets have a manufacturing fault with its sound. Whenever a call is made or received, the receipient of call has a tough time, the sound from this handset echoes & resonances many times in his ears and at times, it get very annoying & embarassing for us to hear " Is it a Chinese moblie handset?"

I approached the above seller on[protected], he has been evasive all the time. Earlier, he cited the excuse of the connection provider. We got it checked with the service provider (AIRTEL & VODAFONE) but things didnt change. If these particular sims are inserted into some other make handsets, the problem is gone. Then, Saluja Enterprises excused the non availability of a service centre at Khanna. The month of June 2010 passed with his excuses. On 15th july 2010, we were sent to a newly opened service center "RAVINDRA MOBILES, Malerkotla Road, Khanna (Punjab), the owner expressed his inability citing a newly opened service centre & saying that he has yet to receive the equipment/data cables/software etc. Another 2 weeks passed, on 02 August, 2010, one handset was sent to them, the service centre changed its software but the problem persists. Since then, neither the handset is returned not any concrete reply is available. At times, it is said that the handset is in Ludhiana, at times it is said that it is in Delhi.

Kindly look into the matter & get our handsets changed as we are facing this problem in two particular sets, which ensures that this is a manufacturing defect. Failing which we have no other option than approaching a Consumer Court with all costs & damages to your account.

I have purchased one K-10 model Karbonn Mobile nos of 10 sets with others friends from M/S Astha Electronics Kasipur by pass road opp mid town hotel Rudrapur Uttarakhand Swapan for Rs 4200/- vide bill no 1081 dated 04.06.2010 with IMEI No M- IMEI [protected] and S- IMEI [protected] . The subject mobile has some manufacturing defect like pasting of glass is poor resulting in gradual removing of glass pasting and one All KEY (T) of querty Key pad has discolured and screen light lost somewhere while switch on the set . I have approached to service centre Yamuna nagar Haryana AUTHORISED CERVICE CENTRE OF CORBON mobile, he received my set & asked come latter but after dismenteled the set he has not abbled to repair it (CHHABRA MOBILE REPAIR CENTRE) who in turn advised to contact to delhi Corbon company service centre the telephone number given by service centre of Delhi corbon service centre. I have talked many time to Mr. Vivek on phone no[protected], he suggested me to talk Mr. vikki ([protected]) Ludhiyana circle head, but he has not given any solution & misbehaved with customer. He refused to help. I felt being cheated for selling poor quality mobile and seek immediate refund of my money alongwith Rs 5000/- for mental agony caused by the trauma.
