I have purchased one K-10 model Karbonn Mobile from M/S Swapan Lok 295 Indira Bajar Jaipur forRs 3850/- vide bill no 223 dated 26.03.2010 with IMEI No M- IMEI [protected] and S- IMEI [protected] . The subject mobile has some manufacturing defect like pasting of glass is poor resulting in gradual removing of glass pasting and one KEY (T) of querty Key pad has dropped and lost somewhere while talking on road beside poor voice quality...

Sir, I have purchased a Karbonn Mobile K10, in the Month of May-2010, since that day its dual Sim not working (only 1 sim works) ..still I was using the mobile .. but 15 days back it is totally dead, not starting also. Its upder warrendy period, I have submitted the mobile to one Cervice Center "New Tirupati Cellulars", Kharalwadi, Pune. It has been 10 days passed but they are not even telling me the problem of the mobile phone,...

i brought karbonn k10 from atlas mobile center thodupuzha...... now i have a problem with my mobile.......
its keypad are broken... while typing a message......... the letter B on the mobile has removed from the place.... then i went to the service center they told me it cannot service here and anywhere ...................
i have 5 moths remain the warranty for this product so i need a quick action from them to solve...

keypad not working

I bought one karbon k10 mobile on 15th February. In which from July 13th that keypad is not working. I visited to the nearest dealer. He said that Keypad is under waterlock we need to change the same. For that he has charged Rs.450/- because waranty will not be applicable for this.

I am Amith krishnan from Trivandrum.I am not satisfied with this handset because of so many problems and low service feed back.i purchased k10 from mobile collection on 13/04/2010, authorised dealer of karbon situated at vazhuthacaud-Trivandrum. The day itself i found out some problems, dealer don't a have a spare one to replace and he told me to contact service centre,if there is any problem with this mobile...

Battery charge is not lasting and poor signal and sound quality
I have purchased a Mobile Hand Set Karbonn K10 on 06.03.2010 from Universal Mobiles, Kollam, Kerala. The hand set is not functioning properly. The battery charge is not lasting even for 6 hours. The availability of Signals is also very poor. Poor sound quality is another draw back. I have complained this to Carbonn customer care through E mail and there is no response.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchase one karbonn mobile model number K10 on 05/02/2010 from some of Karbonn's dealer named prakash radio and watch co.180 jail road indore-452007 (MP) as I like the handset for its look and its features which I compared with nokia and bought it for Rs.3750 on 5th Feb. Now this is to tell u the other day when I click the photo from the mobile its not working...
