[Resolved]  Karbonn K442 — NEW MOBILE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY

I procured one mobile handset (Make: Karbonn, Model: K-442 M_IMEI NO. [protected], S_IMEI No: [protected], Ref No:[protected] F 322/09) from M/S Bhatia Telecom, Sadar Bazar, New Delhi on 22 Jan 2010. I faced a problem soon after I started using the handset. When I make a call, the person receiving the call gets an irritating noise and he hardly understand what I am saying. Moreover, the set gets switched off quite often even when the battery charge is shown full. I had to go to my home town Thrissur, Kerala, where I showed this hand set to authorised service centre of Karbonn Mobiles. They formatted the set and reloaded the same with their soft ware and gave it back to me. Still the problem persists. Now I am posted to the city of Guwahati and when I tried to contact the service centre here, there was no response. Now as, the mobile is quite unused, I want the mobile to be replaced with new one.
