NEW MOBILE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY
I procured one mobile handset (Make: Karbonn, Model: K-442 M_IMEI NO. [protected], S_IMEI No: [protected], Ref No:[protected] F 322/09) from M/S Bhatia Telecom, Sadar Bazar, New Delhi on 22 Jan 2010. not finding any service center for karbonn phones
i have purchased karbon k442 in bhimavaram, west godavari dist on october month. after 1 1/2 month the mobile is not working properly due to software problem then i contacted the mobile service centers in the warranty book no one had give a response to my call even the company service number & toll free number also. to whom should i contact to get it repair even though i having using it from 1 month with that problem.
