Sir, I bought karbonn mobile for modle KC441 8 months back, when I saw the advertisement u mentioned battery back up upto 30 days, but my mobile back up only up to 3hrs per day, every day I want to charge the battery twice, my battery s/n:k[protected], IMEI NO. [protected], ESN NO. 021993A8, S/N NO. [protected] & REF NO.[protected] so kindly consider the above case or kindly give the u r service centre no or person no. or inform my mobile no.[protected] or [protected]. I also got carbon KC441 model from Dealer at Beawar, Rajasthan M/S Goodluck mobiles near Ajmeri gate 6 months back. its battery back up is very poor. also its charging port is not functioning properly. When I put charger pin into mobile port it does not fit properly and it show again and again charger connected and charger removed. When I approached the dealer he asked me to change charger. I changed the charger 4 times but the problem still persists.
