I had purchased Karbonn mobile KC441 from Chandigarh but I am residing in Patiala. There was a problem in my battery and back cover of my moblie set is broken which I had shown to the service centre at Patiala "Ganesh Electricals". Mr. Dhiraj present there told me that battery of my mobile and its back cover is out of stock and I had written to the Company regarding battery KC441 of 3.7.V. Since 2 months have passed...

I bought karbonn mobile model KC441 4 & 1/2 months back, since the day of purchase the battery is not charging. i gave it to univercell from where i bought it. They took sincere steps and i got it worked after 1 month with the reply from the company that my charging pin is not working and my charger circuit had burnt out (which is not my fault for sure) and from last week the same problem occured. is there any permanent solution...
