sir i had purchased a karbonn A21 mobile on 18 feb 2013.initially it had problem of touch and problem of handset hangup.i had sent it twice to main service centre delhi (total of 35 days)and twice to local service centre jaipur.still it has problem handset hangup. 2nd complaint no is KJASPRJ112513K2826.
