[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — no quality product and no response from service centers | |||
I have purchased a karbonn mobile of model A50 on 30th august 2013 in Vizag.Few days ago, I had problems with the touch screen. I approached the service centre named SRI SAINATH ENTERPRISES, situated in maddilapalem, vizag.They promised me that they would return the mobile after a week but it has been more than two weeeks and they haven't set that right till now. Meanwhile I approched them three times travelling 20 kms all the way from steel plant to the service centre and still there is no progress from their side.I am totally dissatisfied with the product and the service being offered. I request you to consider the problems being faced by the costumers.Either provide the costumers with products that have a long life or with efficient costumer care centres who at least bother to look into the costumer's problems.I'm looking forward for your early response.
