[Resolved] Karbonn — PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY NOT REPAIRED/REPLACED FOR OVER 3 MONTHS | |||
I BOUGHT ST9 TAB ONLINE THOUGHT FLIPKART.COM ON 16.1.2013 AND I WAS DELIVERED ON 23.1.2013. AFTER USE OF ABOUT 3-4 MONTHS FOR ABOUT HALF HOUR A DAY, IT STARTED MALFUNCTIONING. TOUCH SCREEN WAS NOT RESPONDING OR RESPONDING WITH WRONG RESULTS. I LOCATED COMPANY SERVICE CENTER AT BHANDUP MUMBAI AND APPROACHED THEM ON 10.8.2013. THEY HAVE TAKEN FOR REPAIRS. I FOLLOWED UP SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT ANY RESULT. EVERY TIME I AM GIVEN REPLY AS SOME PARTS ARE AWAITED FROM DELHI OFFICE/GODOWN. I HAVE NOTICED MANY PEOPLE LIKE ME SHOUTING THERE FOR INORDINATE DELAY AND WITHOUT ANY RESULT. THIS IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY WITH NO RESPONSIBILITY. IT SHOULD BE STOPPED FROM SELLING ITS PRODUCT THROUGH ONLINE PORTAL LIKE FLIPKART. I HAVE LOCKED MY MONEY ABOUT Rs. 7, 200 AND I FEEL CHEATED AS THERE IS NO RESPONSE WITHER FROM COMPANY OR FROM SERVICE CENTER. Was this information helpful? | |||
