Sub: - Expressing my disappointment regarding the service received from Tirchengode branch, namakkal district.

Dear Sir,
I have always great esteem for holding a SB A/C in your reputed bank. I really regret to say that I was highly disappointed by the way of responding of your bank staff Tiruchengode branch over the telephone (ph.No-[protected]) on 09.01.2010 at 10:27A.M

More over, I have been holding a SB A/C in your bank for 2 years and still keeping all my transactions properly. Here, I enclosed my A/C details below

I transferred the sum of RS.9, 950 from the corporation bank (SB A/C no-4031) nagercoil to my brother T.Govindan A/C (No-[protected]) KVB, tirchengode branch, Namakkal dist through NEFT on 08.01.2010 at 17:23.

Importantly, my complaint is that I called up on the next day to enquire whether the transferred amount added on my brother’s A/C or not. One of the staffs handled the phone and roughly rejected my request and harshly asked me to come in person for all enquires, I never found any kind words from him. Here I would like to explain you about my situation in that I am working in Nagercoil with hectic schedule. So it’s not possible for me to put up all my enquiries in person. Even though I explained my situation to him, he did not pay any attention to me In case, if he simply rejected my request, I would have convinced my self. but what I couldn’t tolerate from him was the rude way of responding me. Actually I was highly depressed as a customer and it was the second time that I experienced such dissatisfaction. In addition, I have noticed that this kind of in convenience is occurring to some others customers also and they are not able to complain you due to lack of literacy.

Hence, I humbly request you on behalf of the customers in which you do every think possible to make warm relationship between your staffs and customers. Probably, it will ease all the customers’ grievances.


I really hope that you will pay a swift attention to this matter as early as possible
