[Resolved]  Karvy Comtrade — FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION

Hi,

I am unsatisfied client of karvy.My A/c number is 51570 and its in noida branch.I am complaining about transaction which happened on 01aug.I Bought a crude at a rate of 4220 and i called your executive Vishal Kumar to sell crude at 4209 as i saw crude is falling.Vishal confirmed me that he had bought it at the rate of 4209 but 15mins later i was told that my position is not been cancelled at 4209 and now its coming at the different rate and i said to Vishal my selling rate was 4209 and its not an error from my end and he only confirmed me that 4209 is a selling rate.He asked me to leave it as it is and next day i got a call again that crude rate is 4154 which was rubbish as i made it clear last night only that i sold crude at 4209 and i have nothing to do with the new rate.Later on when i checked my a/c balance my a/c was debited for 5500Rs which is fruad.I reported this matter but i didnt get any solution and the agents were very rude to me and even Vishal said to me its his fault and would compensate me but also said not to deal with Karvy in future.You guys hire agents who say to your customers not to deal,i wonder how long would karvy run if you keep hiring agents like VISHAL.Someone who is superior must look into this matter on priority basis and i expect 5500Rs to be credited in my a/c within 24hrs.

i have learnt a lesson as well not to deal with companies like karvy comtrade as its a fradulent company and people do fraud with your funds.

im ex employe of karvy com trade and i worked in 3 month. my problem is i did not get my last salary i told my senior and branch manager.i worked in jamshedpur jharkhand branch comodity dealer.

Dear Sir,

I would strongly disagree with this complaint of yours. Also, this is absoulutely an immature act on your behalf to put this complaint on this platform because, the complaint raised by you here is strongly denied and not at all done in good sense. We are a highly reputed commodity broker across the globe and by doing this act you are defaming reputation of my company.

We have all recordings to support our action and same could be provided to you over email and in personal discussion whenever you feel comfortable for the same.

I would like to inform you about some facts to which I agree:-

1) You had correctly asked my executive to put trade of Crdue @ 4209(for sale)

2) Due to technical mistake, the order was held pending @ 4209 and could not execute because price slipped down.

3) We realised after some time and admitted our mistake and same was informed to you over phone and was advised to book a loss of mere Rs1100/-(10 points by that time because crude slipped down to 4198 by the time) and was assured that we can make up this small loss of Rs1100 only by that time.

4) But you refused to book the such a minimum loss(which we were agreing to make up.)

5) You clearly told my executive that now you want to see the trade further and will look after yourself.

Sir, we do not book trades without the consent of the client. This is against our ethics to book trades without client's confirmation. We had agreed our mistake where rate skipped below and by mistake, my executive confirmed that your trade is done. This is mannual error and it can be done by anyone who is a part of this market. But, then also, we had played our role well by informing you and by admitting such a mistake.

Sir, this loss rose to Rs5500 from Rs1100/- only only because of you, where you did not book the loss and you said, that, theron, you yourself will lookafter the rate and you do not want to book loss. You had also said that the rates might come up again and you will see it youself.

Sir, yesterday, you have threatened me and my staff over phone that you will come to my office with 8-10 people and with media and with police and were threatning us to defame us in front of public.(for which I have recorded proofs).

I would like to request your good self to kindly sit over a cofee and discuss the matter politely.

Any suggestion would be appreciable.

With reference to the email mentioned below.Kindly note that whenever you talk to a customer and write an email to your client you need to use a professional language.Firstly you need to greet your customer not use languages like IMMATURE as you represent Karvy Comtrade and by doing so you hamper th image of your company.


Secondly this is totally absurd that i asked your agent Vishal to hold crude, i made him clear to sell it at 4209 and due to your mistake i am not responsible
if you didnt cancel the position as he confirmed me its been sold at 4209, however i called later on to check whats the rate of crude as i want to make sell call and then your agent realised that position is still on hold and asked me to sell it at 4198.I made him clear that i have nothing to do with it as i have already sold it at 4209.Considering the rate was coming at 4198 for crude you should have cancelled the position there and then and bear a loss of 1100Rs but due to your stupidity you were holding the position.and waited next day and the rate dropped to 4154
.

Next day Vishal told me that rate is coming at 4154 and asked me to cancel the position but i said to him i have nothing to do with it as it is none of my business as error is from your end, however he made a request to cancel it and Karvy would compensate a loss of 5500Rs.Vishal told me that he would give me a cheque or a DD within couple of days and later on he denied.


You need to check your facts properly before blaming your customers and humiliating them and i expect 5500Rs to be credited to my a/c asap.

Your trading practice are not up to mark and you guys seriously need proper training.
