I had already applied correction pan card after 15 days i received new pan card but not correct address & cut my signature mistake by pan card center so i have already correction application & acknowledgment number is [protected] but not received correction pan card withing 18 days so i want status of this acknowledgment number.

I have submitted fresh photograph many time to Karvy employee, many times mail to Karvy employee (Mr.Lalchand) Barakhamba, New Delhi Branch
Like below given mail, but no revert till date.
Dear Lalchand,
Fresh photo graph and fresh documents already handover to you personally in your hand with acknowledge receipt, and you assure to me that your pan card will be processe in next week, but in websites of PAN STATUS still showing "please provide photograph".
Please search the documents in your desk and process the same asap.
