sir, We are having demat acoount ( Client Id[protected] in karvy stock broking Ltd. My account was suspended due to non availability of PAN card. Recenetly we had produced the xerox copy of PAN card alongwith address prove to the Karvy office in Kanpur . The original copy of PAN card was also sown for verification in Kanpur office. I had given a cheque to karvy stock broking ltd to clear the dues. The cheque amount has been debited from my account but my demat account is stll suspended. I have made several telephonic calls to kanpur office but could not get satisfactory answer. You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I had a demat account in my name as well as in my daughters name with Union Bank of India, Bangalore.. My daughters D-mat account was suspended as the name in the dmat account and pan card is mismatching.( In dmat account first name is ok followed by fathers name, but her pan card first name is ok but followed by iyer.(surname) ).
Kindly reply immedietly so as keep my daughters dmat account active.
