First I will give you thanks for Automatic Gas booking. my cunsumer id K- 22060, consumer name Ram Singar Tiwari, gas provider agency name Kasana gas agency greater noida, iwas booked my gas through Automatic Gas booking service. my refill booking no. was 4754, cas memo no. was 15248, and ''cylender shall be delivered shortly'' this massage i was got on 22/11/2012. but on 24/11/2012 i got a massage ''your booking is cancled ''. without any information my rasisterd contact no. is [protected] .
adress is J-34, beta -2, greater noida - 201306.
at my home not given any information. Why ????
Due to this we are facing a lot of problem . if we go for new requisition then this will take time so kindly provide us cylender as soon as possible.. and if cancle please informed to cunsumer. Was this information helpful? | 
Kasna Gas Agency — Problem due to very late delivery of filled gas cylinder
I, Manoj Kumar Joshi (consumer no. K 2376) am having my Gas connection with Kasna Gas Agency and I booked cylinder for refilling on 22 feb and it is very disappointing to quote that still we didnt get the filled cylinder. We are staying in a joint family and there are in total 9 members in our family. Yesterday we were empty handed and we were not able to cook our lunch because our gas was finished while we were starting to make lunch.No body now a days is willing to help by giving their filled cylinder because of this kind of disgusting attitude of the Gas agency people. They are not at all bothered about the problems of their consumers are facing due to this late delivery of the cylinder.
We can only request for their timely services, rest they should think.
Please supply us our cylinders today positively.
I hope I will not get the chance to write the same complaint again in future.
