Kasna Gas Agency — Improper dealing with the customers

Yes you should be right.
As I am an existing customer of this agency.
I placed a request to refill my cylinder, then after 10 days, I did not recieved it,
When I called them they said that it has already been delivered.
When i insisted them to give me the details of that delivery boy who has delivered it,
they said they dont have it.
But finally after calling them around 6-7 times in 2 dyas, i was able to recieve my cylinder.
But after that my connection has been blocked by the Ms. Vandana,
Because she has been informed by the delivery boy that we do not have the correct address.
Now after calling her repeatedly times, nothing got happened.
When i contacted the Area inspector, Mr. Naveen
He is also not willing to do anything for us. Like he is a part of that group.
Now I am also seeking help.
I could file a complaint soon
