I am ajit, my cosumer number with Kasna Gas Agency, Greater Noidia is E008504.
I am tracing them since last one month i.e. 16th March 2010 after my booking for refill the gas cylender.
I am not sure what to do, where to go?

Yes you should be right.
As I am an existing customer of this agency.
I placed a request to refill my cylinder, then after 10 days, I did not recieved it,
When I called them they said that it has already been delivered.
When i insisted them to give me the details of that delivery boy who has delivered it,
they said they dont have it.
But finally after calling them around 6-7 times in 2 dyas, i was...

Undelivered Gas Cylinder
Our Indane gas Connection No. - 1596, in the name of Mr. Anil Bhagat. The name of Gas Distributor is KASNA GAS AGENCY at GREATER NOIDA. We have booked our gas on 11November 2009, Booking No. -6652. But still we have not recieved our gas.
