[Resolved] Kasna Gas Agency — Undelivered Gas Cylinder | |
Our Indane gas Connection No. - 1596, in the name of Mr. Anil Bhagat. The name of Gas Distributor is KASNA GAS AGENCY at GREATER NOIDA. We have booked our gas on 11November 2009, Booking No. -6652. But still we have not recieved our gas. When we call they told we had already given the delivery, But have not recieved yet. When we ask regarding delivery details. they refuse to show the details and also not sending gas cylinder. So, you are requested to take necessary immediate acton and provide us the gas cylinder as soon as possible. In the case of leakage the right people to contact are the ones at the gas agency, where you have your gas connection registered. The leakage can be due to any one of the two causes described in the two links mentioned below

Kasna Gas Agency — Leakage of Cylinder
Sir,There is a leakage in cylinder either due to Regulator or may be other Problem.
Kindly send somebody for checking.
