Kaunsa.com — fail to deliver product | |
on 18th of april, i order a samsung grand phone tru kaunsa.com which is based in up,and was suggested by junglee.com. order no is KA/112789/QVXD0QMU, and delivery date was 3rd of may. its 22 may now and till date i haven't received my phone nor have got any response about the same from them. i have been calling there customer care every 2nd day and they keep telling me that i will get it tomorrow, day after, and so on.. i wrote to them so many mails but no repsonse. i even send request for cancellation of the order but again no response, the customer care people are very rude and have no clue of any thing. following is there phone no and address.: Phone : +[protected] Email : [protected]@kaunsa.com Address : Mify Solution Pvt.
