I had placed an order for Sony Xperia L smart phone (Rs.15138) on 15 Jun 2013 from Kaunsa.com - order no. kaun/T132946/OUIQAERPG. They said the product will be delivered within 15 days from the date of order. I dint receive the mobile until 30th June. On 1st July I had contacted customer care to complain that the product was not received and they said that I need to pay an additional amount as the rate were revised without any notice. I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money (Complaint no. - KA/132946/SHSIC5X8). Customer care had accepted to it and said that the money will be refunded to my account within 2 weeks. There was no response in 2 weeks, after I called customer care, they emailed saying it will take 12-15 days from 1st July. I contacted them after 15 days and till date they are saying that the money will be refunded in 2 days. Today there was no response from the customer care since morning and after continuous attempts they answered with the same excuse of 2 days. Finally they said ok for registering a complaint with the consumer court and hung up. Kindly help us to get the money back Was this information helpful? | |||||

hiI have booked an order on 13th july ..at the time of purchasing the vendor gives 10-15 days time ..but after30 days the order is not dispatch yet. and it seems that order is not dispatch in coming days
so please do some action
