[Resolved] Kaunsa.com — Non delivery of mobile / non refund of money | |||
I had booked a Nokia Asha 305 Mid blue on kaunsa.com on 8th May 2013 worth Rs. 3, 974/- via payment mode PayU vide order no. KA/119174/Y7TV0Q2T. The expected date of delivery of the mobile was 23rd May 2013. When the stipulated time had elapsed, I rang the customer care no. of kaunsa.com ([protected]). I was told that the product was out of stock and hence cannot be delivered and the refund process for the same was underway. However, I never received the refund and finally a lodged a complaint on the website kaunsa.com (ticket no. Kaun/T119174/KQAE6EFL4Q). I received an email stating that I can book an order of higher value (more than Rs. 3, 974/-) and the amount due for refund will be deducted from the total value. More than 5 (five) months have elapsed and I am yet to receive the refund. I therefore request you earnestly to take up my case and kindly help me in getting the full amount due to me (Rs. 3, 974/- plus interest accrued on the amount since 8th May 2013).
