I have online ordered a Nokia Lumia 720 worth Rs. 15990 on 25th April . Nokia Lumia 720 Order No. KA/116636/56U3UO4B There was no option for cash on delivery or credit card EMI. So we have to pay the full money while ordering . The delivery date was 15th May . When it was not delivered I gave them a call and they confirmed it will be delivered within 15th.Now today on 20th they are not responding to the customer care number and if we mail at their support website also , we are not receiving any response. For getting acknowledgement we have raised a ticket as well , but that too is not showing up any tracking records. It was a big mistake ordering from this website but I would like to get it refunded.. I have done the payment online through credit card . I have the transaction details. Please lodge a complaint against this website as there are a lot of other complaints as well . Was this information helpful? | |||

Nokia — No Delivery still
I submitted my N-95 on 5th of Sept for a complaint that was a blank display and audio problem. My handset is under warranty coverage and yet i was being charged for it. When asked the reply from the Nokia care center was that physical damages are not under warranty.Now, i dint understand how a wire inside the phone which is not physically outside to be broken by me or even visible to me comes under physical damage and i have to bear the cost.Anyway i gave my phone for service and was promised to get it back in 15days maximum.
Today its been 19days and no news of my handset yet. When i call the careline they registered my Complaint for late delivery and asked me to call them again after 48 hours to get updated on the info. I did this and they said we don't have any info on your phone and call again later, same they did 2 times.! till now i don't know where exactly is my handset..
I request you to kindly help and take note of how poor NOKIA services are, I am not the only one with complaints here.
