2 That , you noticee “running online shopping sale” in the name and style of “KAUNSA.COM”in the whole of india through Networking process as well as mobile phone service.
3 That, my client have been regular visit on this website and regular customer of Kaunsa.com. On account of lovewith the kind of prices of which they are providing watches at their site likely Emperio, casio, Burberry and so much to select form and that too at rock bottom price
4 That after the performance of your product price and new collection of latest watches, mobile , tablets , my client booked for purchase of on line product one 5 5” Andriod 4 0 5 dual sim 3G galaxy NoteII 32 GB smart phone for personal use on 26.01.2013
5 That after the online booking order you noticee send the different product on 10.2.13 with the intention to harassing of my clientand till today inspite of repeated through online as well as mobile phone not send the original product/mobile as per booking order
6 That you notice intentionally not provided the product to my client specific order was White cherry Galaxy Note II 32 GB phone but you noticee delivered mode to me is of IS 424 MARS 2GB phone.
7 That, this fact came to the knowledgeof my client, when with terms full amount was given in advance and product of less amount and not according to the specification as shown and also not delivered on time and was delayed by one month and with product send it is clearly shows that company have made fraud with the customerand not want to deliver the product as per the purchase booking order.
8 That , so many reminder send by my client for changing of aforesaid product inspite that till date company not changed the product neither return the amount of the said product and every time saying we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience
