[Resolved]  Kelvinator Microwave Oven — videocon people supply faulty products

I also bought kelvinator microwave convection oven from videocon via times group site.

first of all they did not had the model in stock, so they told that they will be supplying videocon, then suddenly after one and half month after they got the kelvinator oven delivered and that too without the invoice.
When i tried to used it it was not working at all and then their service guy the circuit is damaged, they asked for the invoice, these people are so ... that they send the invoice too after 20 days that too by email and without sign on it.
now, when i asked to replace it with a new one, they are telling that they will repair and give it.

that was really a disgusting moment and i thought to never purchase a videocon product in near future.

the people checking for their products pleas please dont prefer videocon or any of its allied brands

Kelvinator — Faulty Product

Sir,

I had purchased a Kelvinator(KFL215) refrigerator in the month of September. It was problemmatic from the day one.The problem was that thick layer of ice was being formed in the freezer compartment within two to three days. It was getting difficult to even store anything. Not to mention that this was occuring even though it was being defrosted daily.I lodged the complaint and it was never repaired as they did not found any fault.Then I had to go out of stations and when I returned in the month of February I found the same problem. I again lodged the complaint several time. The problem diagnosed by the mechanic was rather different everytime.First one said it was the problem of compressor and it would have to be changed by some other mechanic, second one intimated that it was the problem of switch and last one confirmed that there was no problem at all. He told me that I would have to daily switch off the refrigerator to get rid of it. Then when I again complained as my problem was not resolved, then one of the mechanic realised it was the fault of Thermostat and it was replaced which didn't worked either. Again it was replaced and the problem persisted. Now,again I have been communicated that the replaced thermostat is problemmatic and it once again needs replacement. Above all, the refrigerator is consuming 2 units a day being a 5 star rated appliance. Who is going to bear the electricity bill.
Its been months together that my grievance is not redressed. I think this has been enough. I need the replacement of the product at the earliest as the product is a problemmatic one.

Videocon Oven — Not working

I have purchased videocon over 3-4 years ago its still within warranty period. It has stopped working & since 4 months its with repair. They are telling that they cant repair it. We have buy new videocon over from them on which they will give 35% discount. What should i do now? What legal actions or other actions available with me?
