[Resolved] Kelvinator Refrigerator — refrigerator is not cooling | |||
Sir, I was purchesed a kelvinator refrigerator from deepak interprizez on 6th april. After purchesing of six days the refrigerator has makeing many problem like as not cooling not working etc. So I have made many complaint to customercare. After complaint the enginior has come he cheke the refrigetor but he can not make any solustion. So i am very upset. plz make some solustion as soon as possible. Kelvinator Refrigerator — Cooling Problem
Dear Sir,We have purchase the Kalvinator Refrigeraotr since last two year. But in these days its not working properly. Its cannot be cool anything & cant be make ice in chiller Zone. We have also registered the complaint at[protected] & our complaint ID is[protected]. But not one Engg: are see our refrigerator by the company. So please resolve our problem.

Kelvinator Refrigerator — Very Poor Cooling/Not Cooling
Sir,My Kelvinator fridge has some problems not working properly which I am using it from the last 12 years. Present problem is the freezer is working but feels cool is little low. But not cool in the bottom portion of the fridge. Mechanic says 'Timer' is not working properly, some says 'Gas' is not in the system.Overall freezer is not working properly. Kindly analyze the actual problem and inform me without delay.

No [protected], I have purchase one kelivinator refrigerator from DIGI WORLD ( BELA VISION ) dated 13.09.2011, Invoice No:1051, now its faulted two time in a year, literally they took the refrigerator from my home and brought it back after 20-25 days than again the same prob, then once again they took it back with them, than lateron after sometime the same problem of not cooling, I am so much disturbed of all this complains, Now for the same prob. they are asking for the visiting charges and if any repair is there they will give estimate & will charge for that, when it is in guarantee and waranty, the company engineers also can't make the same. I WILL REQUEST U TO PLS ASK THEM TO REPLACE ME WITH THE OTHER ONE

Refrigerator — refrigerator is not cooling
Sir,I have purchased a refrigerator of your company on[protected] from the retailor called next. The model no. and invoice no. are d240sgr (230ltrs) and 720 respectivily.
Now it is not giving cooling.
Please send an engineer to rectify the complaint immediatly.
