[Resolved]  Kenstar Microwave Oven — complaint centre at pune

I would like to know the service centre of M/s. Kenstar Appliances at Pune.

i would like to know the address and phone number of kenstar service centre in pune.

Dear sir, I have made complaint for the repair of my Kenstar microwave in june 2009 (purchaged in 22/08/2007) which is attended by serviveman from M/S Om service centre, Mumbai (contact no.[protected] on 02/07/09.
Service man on 02/07/2009 removed my PCB for maintenance and taken away to service centre. Since than my PCB has not been installed. I regularly contact the service centre and they have only one excuse that the part is not available and being brought from Aurangabad. I think one month is enough time to do so.
Please take expedite action in this matter. These service centres are only doing bad name to your esteemed Organisation.

I purchased one Microwave with concvection facility on 03.07.2009 and on the very first week of its use it developed the snag in Convection pulley.Till date that issue is not resolved and we are regularly being assured by your service centre in mumbai and your Head office (some Mr Chetan Ph No.: [protected]) that the issue will be resolved and the part would be replaced.

We are very sorry with the situation your company is being brought to by your people.This way your products will get a bad name, which I find thru web site that it already is.

Please look into the issue on priority.My compalint No.: is MUM[protected].

I purchased one Kenstar food processor in Last December from mahavir Electronics & furniture Pune, after that found sound of food processor was not normal (bit high), i complained to dealer & one engineer attanded that as per him sound was high but wud be setteled down use of after some time. i was using it & its electric motor blown up, again i complained to dealer & one engineer visited & said motor will be replace withn 2-3 days, but its not done yet as its past one month. i complained to dealer 7 they saying kenstar ppl not responding properly.
Please take expedite action in this matter. These service centres are only doing bad name to your esteemed Organisation.

I had purchased Kenstar Microwave Oven (OM 23 EGO). Frequent operational troubles kept on coming and we paid for servicing. This time PCB got defective.I lodged complaint vide no [protected] dtd 19.03.09. The PCB was promptly taken for repairs. Not getting any response, we lodged the complaint vide complaint nos MUM [protected] dtd 03.05.09, [protected] & MUM [protected] dtd 07.05.09. The PCB was fitted but was not repaired properly as the switches were intruding inside. Again we lodged the complaint no MUM [protected] and PCB was promptly taken and fitted after a month after continuous reminders to the service centre. However, the problem was not resolved.
Again complaint was lodged vide no MUM [protected] dtd 07.07.09 and the PCB was taken by serviceman next day. Not getting any response the complaint was again lodged on[protected] on 8th August, 09. I have called up service centre a number of times and assurance is given to be fitted next day which never comes.

We have paid the servicing charge of Rs 1450/- but problem has not been resolved till date.
I was trying to find out the company e-mail ID for lodging complaint but could not find.

This is Neeraj Kumar Gagneja from Chennai. Sir this is first time i am complaining about any company. Really i am very dissapointed. I have so much belief in this company and i always recommend to my relatives and friends about this company, that's why i purchased 2 air conditioners at one time from your company.On the very first day i have problem in my one air conditioner. I complained about this to your company. The person to whom i talked said that we will give service to you in between 24 hrs. i wait for 2 days but nobody responds. I called 15-20 times to your company and after two days one engeenier came and said that we will replace your air conditioner tommorrow, But nobody comes. We call so many times to your company but nobody take initiative to help us. Everytime i called they just say that give me your address and we will take care of that. but i did not get any response. One person from your company gave me the
complain no.:THE-[protected]. After 1 day again one person from your company gave me the complain no:CHE-[protected]. I dont know what your employees are doing? I planned to buy 2 more air conditioners from your company but by seeing your service i dont think so that i can buy anything from your company in future. If you can do anything to improve the service provided to me, than do it as soon as possible otherwise i will completely lose my belief in this company and i will not recommend anybody for this company

I have purchased a washing machine of Kenstar. For last 4 months I am trying to search service centre. I got one address at Bhawani peth, but after enquiry it is known that the said centre is closed for last 2 yrs. Can I get other service centre address at Pune?

I have purchased a kenstar 20 Ltr. microwave from Pune-Mahalaxmi Metals, Appa Balwant chowk but i received only the machine no warrant card or user guide is given with the machine and the shop owner gave the answer that it comes from the Company like that only. further for giving the demo of the maching, whom to call up they didn't told us properly. Kindly guide me in the matter and remove the kenstar agency from that shops which are spoiling the name of reknowned brand like Kenstar.
