[Resolved] Kent Gold Water Purifier — NOT LISTENING COMPLAINTS
I purchased Kent Gold Water Purifier on 26/06/2010, from Kent's compay executive Mr. Vinod Kumar, Mobile No. [protected]. He following me from November 2010 and finally convinced me. At the time of purchase the tap of this is faulty, but he assured me that it will not create any problem but after just one month it is broken. Purifire also not working properly. I complaint several times to Mr. Vinod Kumar and the company. They not listening my problems. It is under warranty though they are not providing any service. This is the problem.
