I had booked a service request with Kent on 11th of April, request number[protected] . The assigned engineer was CHIDAMBARAM, but the visiting engineer was Mr Venkatesh.
He diagnosed the issue as some filter burst and replaced the filters and went, shortly within a hour there was water overflowing and again I called Mr Venkatesh and he came and patched up something and said it was just loose connection. The glass panel started showing up water vapor bubbles and when I again called the technician he said, it must be from the cleaning he had done and not other issue, Now again my device is not working, I could see water allover the place and the machine is very very hot, seems water has entered the motor pump and causing electrical issue.
I raised a new complaint on 27th May[protected], the technician came today 29th may and said that the pump is damaged and also because of water flowing into all places the electric panels need to be changed and UV is also rusted.
I want Kent to look into this and intervene with the vendor VE technologies and help me with free of cost replacement of the parts as it is clearly the fault of the technician. Request your attention on urgent basis as I have been struggling without water .
