I had bought Kent Gold water purifier from ezone in Bangalore 2 months back. Now we have issue with the UF membrane, which is important part in Product where water gets purified. The water is not comimg through the UF membrane and it flowing thorugh in another direction. we have mailed to the service people many times but there is no response from the company and also I tried to call them but no response. There is no service given by company for the Product. I kindly request some one resolve this issue.
My sincere suggestion is to ban Kent Products as there is no service centres available.
