WE BOUGHT KENT WATER PURIFIER ON 11 JUNE 2011. THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE CAME TO INSTALL IT ON 12 JUNE 2011. THERE WAS AN ALARM SOUND WHEN HE FIXED IT AND HE SAID THAT THE FILTER IS BROKEN.
WE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE AS WELL AS THE HEAD OF THE CUSTOMER CARE, MR,MATHREJA MORE THAN 5- 10 TIMES DAY BUT THEY HAVE TILL DATE NOT REPLACED THE RO SYSTEM WITH A NEW SYSTEM. THEY SAID THAT WE WILL REPLACE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM AS IT IS MANUFACTURE DEFECT BUT TILL DATE NO ONE HAS COME TO REPLACE IT. NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE WILL REPLACE THE FILTER, BUT THAT ALSO NO ONE HAS COME TO REPLACE. ITS THE COMPANY'S FAULT, WHY SHOULD WE SUFFER???
