[Resolved] Kent Mineral RO — Poor service response from Kent | |||
I replaced the RO membrane of my Kent water purifier in July 2011. Kent service people told me that this membrane's life span is from 1 yr to 1-1/2 yr. Now after 4 months they are again telling that the RO membrane is damaged. I refused to pay (cost Rs 1900) & the service person left without changing the same(on 10th Sep). I called his manager (Mr. Kalidas), and explain the issue. He told me that he'll come & inspect personally. But despite of making him several calls for 3 days, he didn't come & every time made some useless excuse. The TDS level of the water is now 125, where as ideally it should be around 60. Many people forget to choose a customized plant for their raw water characteristics.
Standard branded products do magical advertisement only for marketing and not concentrating in service, as the RO, UV, OZONE, UF, NANO concept needs huge maintenance if not configured for RAW water purification methods
