I bought a kent excell plus model water purifier on October 24, 2011. Within one week the tank was disfunctional. It was changed.Then withing 4 weeks the entire kitchen was flooded because the casing was leaking that we replaced that too. So far kent has replaced practically everything except the main machine. All this within warranty. After paying 15,000 rs this machine has had a problem every 4 or 5 weeks. The company refuses to replace the machine despite speaking to the gen manager in delhi HQ. they have also refused to extend the warranty. This is ridiculous consumer Service. I would like a full refund as this machine will cost me more after the warranty expires. Was this information helpful? |
