i am kanchan devi rathi i bought the machine on 21/03/2009 invoice no.4971. i am hardly disappointed with the way your technicians deal .i have done the amc of my machine on 01/06/2010. your technicians bring damaged parts of the machine like RO MEMBRANE AND UV PURIFIER they fit these important functioning parts damaged the result of which is no purifed water after every 2 days i have to call them and they dont come i have to call them in every hour.recently my machine RO MEMBRANE got changed and after 4 days i am suffering the water problem . your people say that the water am getting is bad due to which the machine part is getting damaged so early these disgusting excuses are ruining your company name. take some initiative this is the height.
