[Resolved] Kent — No service response | |||
Purchased Kent RO Pearl on 11 Sep 2012 from Riya Impex Pvt. Ltd. Purchase details: Invoice: 2426 Supplier Ref: CMP-1233, DT.10.09.12 and this product got installed by Siraj. Issue: Water taste is not good and to get 8 lts of water it takes 4 hours + and wasting more than 80 ltrs of water. Since February I''m facing issue and problem not resolved. Engineer visited on 17 Feb 2012 did something and issue persisted and he charged Rs.35 for that visit and he visited after a week and took some filters with him and he kept the product down for a week and came back fixed the filter on 2 March 2013(not sure what he has done) but problem not solved and more over he suggested us not to call them anymore because hereafter again since Service will be taken care by Kent directly. He gave the number of engineer Mr.Kalidass [protected]. I called Kent Kalidass and he said call logged and it will be resolved in 48 hours. but he havent send anyone till Saturday (9 March)so I called him on 9 March after noon and he said that can send engineer only on 10 March (Sunday). 10 March engineer in the name of Mohanraj ([protected]) visited my home by 6.30 pm and tested the water quality and confirmed problem with carbon filter and Membrine and it needs to be replaced. He said I may need to pay for Carbon filter. I refused to pay because its not even 6 months, he said i will talk to my office and get back. Till not he havent contacted and I called Kalidass 18 March and he said i have to pay for that then only he can provide service and again refused. He said i will get back once checked some details with manager, but he havent gave any call back till date and problem not attended and he is not responding to my call from that day. Shall i file a case against Kent ? I dont want to leave this as it is because i spent 15750 Rupees and top of it they want me to purchase one external filer and i did that also on 03 Jan 2013 for Rs.1500 + 50 installation charge. Service Head Mr.Rajesh is not responding properly on the escalation I made and he said i will support my team only and he is not bothered about the customer concern. He is rude and not answering to any of the questions and he is not ready to give the complaint number also. Was this information helpful? | |||
