Its been 8-9 months since i hav installed most expensive model of kent is kent grand plus. However the irony started post 2 month o[censored]sage and machin stopped dispensing water post sevral followups (never received prompt service from kent) the ro was replaced. Havent used machine for another 1month faced same issue and when contacted kent service was told ro is faulty again and nee to pay for same as we cannot change it again and again more over was told by technician ro replaced earlier was not new and previous tech must have installed old ro carrying manf date of 2010
The machine was not repaier for mOnth safter several followups and inspite of involving company RM machine is not working.
Worst part is that they dont have any division to solve escalation or any helpdesk team Was this information helpful? |
