I bought one KentRO purifier on 13th Aug 2009 from one Mr. M.S.Reddy
(ph: [protected]). While purchasing the purifier, this guy made tall claims of Kent
service and assured that his technicians will be there for any issue and his office is in
Mahadevpura (bglr), very near my residence.
Recently (after 8 months of purchase), my Kent purifier had some issues and when I called
this guy, he was kind of very rude and indicated that he's just a sales person and should not
be called directly and for any issues, I should call the help-line number given on my bill receipt.
The bill receipt indicated that the purifier was sold by 'Good Mineral RO' (H.S.R layout branch)
and I filed my complaint (complaint number 1091) on Apr-9'2009. Till this date I have called their
customer care number[protected] at-least 50 times in last 14 days and every time I call,
the lady at customer desk would mention that the technician (Mr Ravi Kumar, ph:[protected])
will come that day. Indeed their technician visited one time and instead of fixing the problem,
broke one electrical jumper and never returned back.
I have called numerous times to their customer care, technician and their manager (Mr Nagesh
ph: [protected]) and hardly able to get them. The technician/manager don't even pick the
phone. The customer care lady's response is same every time I call "our technician will definitely
visit your home today".
I am really frustrated with the after-sales support, I am getting from 'Good Mineral RO'.
Will appreciate, if I can get some assistance in this regards..
