Kent RO Grand — no response of complaint in warranty period

SIR there bad service of costumer no response of dealer . 21 days are gone to ignore my complaint. we bought it on listen name and fame of kent but very bad services. we drink water 15 of ro and other days simple is this company is called health care my family is suffering by a bad health.AND Mr.RAVI GARG IS SELL AT VERY HIGH AMOUNT TO US Rs.16450. NOW he is ignore us. and we same to say its a very very bad product of company. please help
