we bought kent grand + on 7th April 2012 and by 5th April 2013 we found that its adapter is getting over heated and so it water and finally there was no purified water coming........next day we logged complain..since our warranty was about to expire we requested lady on desk from Global distributors told that she would be sending someone to check it and took our new address and everything but no one turned up. on 9th April 1 check was doen and guy suggested to buy anotehr pre filter since water is of high TDS (while selling they said it takes care of high tds water) and he commited to come in a day to change the filter which is damaged but till date i.e. 16th April 2013 m waiting. Our second service which is covered in warranty was also not done and was due but then these guys are just not interested and now warranty period has expired. I logged grievance and recieved a mail stating that it will be resolved by ASM but that guy enevr contacted me, i contacted him (since his number was in mail) and found him oblivious about my complaint, i have to narrate him entire thing but tsill issue is not resolved now anotehr thing has come up...because of drinking adulterated mineral water bought from grocery shop, my 1 n half yr old son is suffering form stomach cramping and fever. I really want to know what can i do here. its just a matter of changing one filter and these guys are so irresponsive. Was this information helpful? |
