Regarding : Kent RO Water Purifiers.
I would like to register my complaint regarding pathetic and poor service of KENT technicians. MY RO system has broken down more than five time in last 5 - 1/2 months. The customer care number is first in place difficult to connect, secondly even after you register the complain they take ages to come and that too I have to every time call the area in Incharge to send the technicians.
THE NAME OF MR.S.S chauhan, I have only heard about - I doubt if this MAN exists or NOT, because if you call on his number every time a girl picks up the call and talks RUDELY (AS IF HOW DARE I HAVE CALLED ON THIS NUMBER) on his behalf and tells he is in a meeting. Mr RAWAT is the only person who talks whenever I call but from my experience I have understood that HE is more of helpless in the gang full of lairs.
About My case -
* IN JULY MONTH : My ro system water taste detoriated.
* In SEPTEMBER : the Kent fellow finally changed the membrane ( ON MY COST).
* IN OCTOBER : the motor Failed & again after several followups the MOTOR was changed ( ON MY COST).
* IN OCTOBER : AGAIN IN THE SAME WEEK THE RO SYSTEM AGAIN STOPPED WORKING. Again after chasing them the technician came and checked and TO MY SURPRISE AND ASTONISHMENT I WAS TOLD THAT THE MEMBRANE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AND SINCE THE 3 MONTH GAURANTEE PERIOD IS OVER SO I AGAIN NEED TO PAY APPROX 2300/-.
SINCE I had to travel I decided to start the chasing process when I come back in December.
* DECEMBER MONTH : On 11th December Mr. Virender Bhat... came and changed the membrane ( ON MY COST). As suggested my the customer care I have also taken the AMC for one year. mr.virender did come to change the candle on 14th December but GOD knows what he did with my the RO system has stopped woking again after his visit and since then he has been avioding all my calls .
hE KEPT ON TELLING ME THAT HE IS COMING IN 30 MINS FROM 2 PM ONWARDS AND SINCE THEN HE IS NOT PICKING MY CALLS FROM MY CELL, WHEN CALLED FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER HE DID PICK UP THE CALL(3:45 pm APPROX) AND AGAIN SAID HE IS COMING IN 30 MINS BUT SINCE THEN NOT PICKING MY CALLS.
Also I would like to bring to your notice that MR. Raman ([protected]) has been very rude in his language and should be educated on customer service ethics.I called him on 14th November at 1:15 pm approx to ask about the executive who came to my house in the morning - First he did not pick my call I called him atleast 6-7 times then I recive a sms that "Having Lunch" to which I reverted back "Its urgent" with a call from my side, which was then picked up in a growling tone saying " please let me have my lunch in peace".
I need was just to have the visiting technician's number . In none of the purchase documents it is mentioned that a customer cannot call in some specific working hours.
Secondly I was struggling here for WATER - which Mr.Raman didnt bother to give any weightage and his only priority was to have his lunch in peace .
thirdly his rude tone with no responsibilty to address and entire afternnoon, evening and night I had to arrange water from the market .
Till evening 7:30 PM I called him many times but he didnt pick my call even once.
I have a request to the Managing Director, please look into your manpower slection and the management staff who directly deal with customers, they are ruining your company .
INHUMAN ATTITUDE
These men are so inhuman, that inspite of telling them that I have a SMALL BABY of 20 months and I have NO source of drinking water other than RO filter water, they have LEFT ME in a difficult situation giving false promises and no information when and who will come and fix my RO system
I would request you to see how to solve this problem, I had such BAD experience buying a KENT product, such a waste to money.
I will find a way to communicate the same to HEMA MALINI JI through my sources and channels so that she atleast knows that she has endorsed such a rubbish product REST I SHALL leave to her conscience AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
I shall recommend not to buy any KENT product as the company has no capacity to handle after sales service and has hired a bunch to rogues, liers and rude, extremely inexperienced men to handle after sales(engineer term is not the right word to describe these men)
If such pathetic services will continue. I am force to launch a social media campaign against KENT RO.
If immediate attention is avoided then your 50 reasons to choose KENT will fall short to 100 reasons NOT TO CHOOSE KENT.
