[Resolved] Kent RO System — POOR SERVICE | |||
We purchased Kent Ro plant in last year. After some time with is also provided an external filter as an extra precaution. We have changed the external filter 3-4 times and internal filter it also 3-4 times. Every 15 days back water flow was very slow. So we can always complaint in your mumbai office for checking purpose. He always sent Mr. Pradip (Who's not known abt the real technical problem) after 3-4 days, he always suggest us to changed filter & we done it. He also informed that the external filter cartridge must be replaced every month, the internal filter and activated carbon unit must be changed every 2 months and the RO element every year. Which means a minimum recurring expenditure of Rs[protected] per year. In addition to the hassles of getting service for the unit. It normally takes 3-7 days and 6-10 calls before a service person turns up. This was not the understanding that was given to us when we purchased the unit. A simple calculation will tell you that it is very much cheaper to bulk purchase water than purchase KENT RO. What it means is that a Rs 15000 unit has a max life 2 ½ years. Why not call it a throw away hassle free water purifier? Throw it away after getting 12000 liters of water. If my facts and thinking is wrong please ask you branch office in Mumbai to clarify.
