[Resolved] Kent RO Systems — AMC CONTACT | |||
Our complaint is pending from mid of may 2011 Mr Bhadhwaj service manager Gurgaon of KENT RO SYSTEM spoke on 3rd june to solve machine problem but till today 5th june it is still pending except for one part which is not in AMC contract is charged for and is changed but U V LAMP which comes under AMC contract is not been replaced and we still have to buy water bottles from market . For motor it always in short supply and only used or rewinded motors are given to AMC contact customer .And customer accept to buy in cash then what part is available. Best part is Mr Bhadwaj is not picking up his mobile no [protected] and also not responding to my SMS regarding replacement o[censored]V LAMPS. This KENT RO SYSTEM works on slow motion mode till the part is under AMC contract but works over time if a part is to be charged from the customer . No use of taking AMC from KENT RO SYSTEM Was this information helpful? | |||
