Kent RO Water Purifier — Undue delay in repair of RO Water Purifier under AMC | |||
1. I have a Kent RO Water Purifier, which is under Annual maintainence Contract with Kent. 2. I had lodged a complaint with the Kent Call centre vide complaint Number D11138387 on 29 Aug 11 for a torn membrane and requirement of a water pump in the RO because of which the RO is presently unserviceable. 3. But despite passage of more than 10 days, a written complaint on the grievance column of the company site and many calls to seek timely assistance, all I got is a number of excuses. 4. You are requested to direct the company to honour its commitment of repairing the RO water purifier within 48 Hours of the complaint. They may also be asked to compensate me for the mineral water bought in the last ten days and for the mental harrassment suffered Was this information helpful? | |||
