The Kent RO authorised service provider Axis Exim Pvt. Ltd. service person do not turn up for timely service & the servicing provided by him is also not satisfactory. Moreover,he does not adhere to the prescribed service guidelines,rules & regulations as per the service contract.He does not address customer queries,feedback & suggestions. Service person name: Mr.Goutam Ghosh (service person of Axis Exim Pvt. Ltd) Request for change in service person & compensation for any damage done by to the machine due to improper ,untimely & callous servicing. Was this information helpful? | |||

DearWe received the eqpt 15 dyas before , no body come for instalation,
Is this type of service you are providing..... Very poor report for KENT RO...
