[Resolved] Kent Water Softener — kent softener not working

We purchased a Kent water softener KR[protected] and it was delivered to us vide Delivery Challan no. 1985 dated[protected] from Anand Enterprises Bhopal. It worked only for 15 days till after its installation but after that it stopped working. We made several complaints but we are not attended. Anand Enterprises Bhopal are least bothered of coming and attending the problem of Kent water softener. We were not told about the degree of hardness obtained after the installation of water softener. We are not at all satisfied with this product of yours. Presently, softener is not working. I am trying my best to get the agency/supplier/agent who is dealing with KENT water softener to install at my brother-in-law's residence, but failed to get any addresses OR representative for KENT water softener in Bhopal.

What kind of services we can expect when even the product from KENT is not properly available to install? I am surprise as you do not have any means to purchase a product and install in the capital of MP as Bhopal. Is it not a clear cut negligence from KENT?
