[Resolved]  Kerala State Road Transport Corporation — MISBEHAVIOR

I am the passenger of KSRTC Kothamangalam depot fast passenger ( FP ) bus running between kothamangalam and kottayam on 18.09.2013 evening. I started journey at Muvattupuzha KSRTC bus stand and take ticket to Ettumanoor (RS 34). I told the conductor I want to alight at pattithanam church bus stop so as the time is around 7 p.m . And there is stop for fast passenger at pattithanam church. The conductor angry told it is Fast pasenger and there is no stop for there, and if I want to alight there you should catch ordinary bus.

I wanted to alight at fast passenger bus stop and if it the behavior of ksrtc staff , that corporation will not satisfy their customer and the people will choose private buses.
