On Aug 24, we visited KFC and was billed 513.39 and we found that the same amount was billed on both Aug 24 and 25.
We thought may be a double billing error and checked with KFC. They said they will look into error and call back. The call never came back, after 3 days I visited again, and asked for an email address also, they gave me a wrong email id.
With a lot of struggle I found the head office number and called up and emailed them, they just said check with branch, we are not bothered.
Branch said it was sent to headoffice we are not concerned.
And above all that my bank adviced me to block the card since the transaction was not done on a POS machine but by using my CVV code.
It is hell for me to go around KFC again and again kept calling them. I incurred more or less the 500 rupees that should have been refunded to me.
Now, even if I mail the headoffice also, they are not replying. They just left the issue aside.
It is so sad that I had to block my creditcard because KFC has billed me using my CVV code, as per my bank. I am even today not sure what the problem was that occured on August 25. I had been calling them for weeks and weeks together. All they say is we assure best service, there will be no problem, but no one ever looks into the problem at all.
But abt 2 weeks back, there was a little hope when one guy said there was a problem and bank recognized it and will report the issue in 2 days and after that we will refund the money. I said great thanks. I never got any call till date, forget the money.
