[Resolved]  KFC India — Balance got deducted but refund is not processed till now

I ordered on[protected] where my balance got deducted but order was not placed so I thought to order again and I ordered one more time where order got placed. But the balance deducted from first order is not refunded till now and no any response. So I consult KFC store where they said it will be refunded within two days but till now no any refund is initiated.
