I ODERED FOR 2 PACK OF 7 PC HOT WINGS AND 2 PACKS OF ZINGER BURGER AS TAKE AWAY . BUT WHEN I OPENED THE PACK AT MY HOME I FOUND THAT IT HAD ONLY ONE PACK OF CHICKEN WINGS .

I had ordered for takeway1 Rezo Meal, 2Pc chicken meal and one chicken popcorn large in kfc sec 18 branch vide bill no.[protected] dtd 29.05.11 time 8:50P.M staff 32222 cashier-17. The total amount comes to Rs. 378/-. I paid Rs. 500/-. The cashier 1st forget to pay my balance amount. When I asked for it. He told me that I had paid you the balance amount pls check. when I showed him my purse and stick to my stand, he paid me back my balance. But to my surprise when I reached my home and open up the packet, there was no Chicken popcorn packet. I had tried the telephone no. given in the bill from yesterday and today but no body took the call.
I think next time onwards it is better not to takeaway the food from there but to eat there only in the restaurant.
I would highly recommend the concerned authority to put some system in all over their stores to check this kind of faults. Also there should be some centralized system to attend the complainants.
