sir, i am dissatisfied after purchasing your kinetic flyte the fuel tank is leaking and your Alaahabad dealer Nand Motors is saying that he just repaired it but as the vehicle is under warranty period and leakage of fuel tank is the major problem when cost of petrol is rising day by day so it has to be get replaced also their is problem of shelf starting several times i had complained to your dealer but till now he have not detacted the problem and made it all right. So please manage to give proper after sale services to the customer my scooter engine no. PIEAB009963, chassissno. PIFAB009719 date of purchased[protected], given for second service on[protected] problem of self start started since[protected], fuel tank leakage was noticed on[protected] as i got back the scooter after second service.

I purchased One Kinetic Flyte ( exchanging my old Kinetic) from Ms CVS Kinetic,
Bangalore, on 11/2/2008 for the use of my daughter with Regn.No.KA-04EW-7295.--Engine No.PIF-AA-007466

Some important deficiencies such as:
(a) low mileage (b) self start problem (c) jerking during accelerating (slow to speed-vicversa) (d) Speed Pickup
Continue to persist even after three servicing of the vehicle in the last six months period.
Though the servicing personnel said that that the problems were rectified, they still Continue to stay firm.
I being an existing owner-member of kinetic vehicle (possessing old kinetic and Zoom) Went for the same brand again with an ardent confidence about quality both in the product and services. But regret for my decision in reposing my faith in the KINETIC BRAND.
Apart from the above the promised loyalty bonus for exchange of the old kinetic still remain a mere promise.
Three mails sent to: [protected]@kineticindia.com of your company on7/3, 23/2, 11/2 and to the dealer [protected]@gmail.com on[protected]remain without being properly responded.
In view of the above you are requested to arrange for a thorough check of the vehicle and rectify the defects and ensure a trouble-free vehicle, initially, atleast for one year(against your company’s warranty of three years) from the date of purchase.
In case the problems still persist you have to either replace the defective vehicle or refund the original cost.
I hope this mail will receive proper response from the persons entrusted with delivering satisfactory Customer service in your Company. BEFORE OTHER STEPS ARE TAKEN.

Purchased from balu kenetic, mini bypos, nellore, nellore dt. andhrapradesh.
I have purchased the scooter August 2008 from M/s Balu Kenetic show room Nellore, NEllore (dt) Andhrapradesh. .
I am totally dissatisfied with the performance of the scooter and after sale service. I am disappointed mainly with the following points:-
1. Average mileage of the scooter has been taken @30Kms per Liter only (since beginning) on good roads, as claimed by you @50 Kms per liter.
2. Scooter battery to failure. One month back i handover to showroom dealer, but he told it is my not resposiable . till day i am not yet received from dealer.
3. Scooter lock is not working well. It is not smooth, key get stuck in the lock many times.
Sir, after sale service of dealer is very unsatisfactory. When we complaint to him regarding bad performance of the scooter, he has replied badly and told us to make reference to the company, instead of checking the malfunction
showroom persons not response to our problem, i got careless answer from show room manager.
Please take immediate action, otherwise no option will be left with us than to go to CONSUMER COURT.
