[Resolved] Kingfisher Airlines — Boarding Denied | |||
I booked a flight from Bangalore - Delhi - Chandigarh on 19th Feb, 2011 for myself and my wife from easemytrip.com and in the E-Ticket i received, the boarding last time is mentioned 30 min before departure. I reached airport before 40 min of departure of flight but was denied check in and was forced to do a fresh booking. When i told about the 30 min in me E-Ticket, the lady in charge at B'glore airport just said she cannot do anything. Even there was a lot of time for flight to go (Around40 min) and despite of my pleading the did not let me in. I was forced to do a fresh booking and because of that i lost my Delhi - Chandigarh flight also. I lost around 7000 Rs in the process and wasted my time also and i could not reach to my home for an important function also. Sir, i suspect flight overbooking in this case as i met one more person in the airport who was denied boarding too in the same flight. Please look into the matter and help me in getting refund of my 7000 Rs. Was this information helpful? | |||

CAN'T THE AIRLINE TAKE ALL THIS THINGS INTO CONSIDERATION AND WAIT FOR 3MINTS MORE?
AS IT IS THE FLYING TIME WAS 23.25PM STILL THEY HAD ABT 10MINTS LEFT,
MORE THAN 3MINTS THEY WAISTED IN UNLOADING THE BAGGAGE,

I WANT TO ASK IS THIS SERVICE WE GET FROM MR VIJAY MALLYA'S STAFF AND COMPANY?? I REALLY WANT HIM TO TAKE THE ACTION ON THE PERSON IN CHARGE ON DUTY..
MY NAME IS SUNDER KANJANI, AND THE FLIGHT NO WAS IT-0029 ON 3RD MARCH 2011, THE PERSON IN CHARGE MS TANVI WAS STILL BIT HELPFUL AND TRIED TO CONVEY HER STONE HEADED SENIOR, WHO WAS TOO PROUD N WAS ACTING LIKE HE IS SOLE OWNER OF THE AIRLINE, HE SAID ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY, WHEN I ASKED HIM ENDORSE ME TO DIFF FLIGHT WHICH WAS LEAVING IN FEW MINTS< HE DIDN'T EVEN THOUGHT THE PROBLEM PASSENGER IS GOING TO FACE AFTER..
AND WHAT OF WHEN THE AIRLINES GETS DELAYED, BY 1 OR 2HRS??? FOR WHAT EVER REASON AIR IT COULD BE AIR TRAFFIC OR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL PROBLEM, ? WHAT PASSENGER CAN DO IN THAT CASE? WE JUST KEEP SILENT AND CO-ORATE WITH AIRLINES, BUT WHAT THEY DID TO ME FOR 3MINTS ITS A VERY SHAM FULL THINGS>
REALLY I WANT TO REQUEST MR MALLYA TO TAKE A SERIOUS ACTION ON IT, AND REPLY ME
