i have purchesed the kingston 4 gb pen drive from p c guide date 01/02/09 but just in 4 months it become dead it not working and any p cannot detect it so i want the replacent it a 5yr warranty product pls help me where to go and replace the pen drive

Kingston — Auto hiding of contents

After storing the contents, when i check the details drive is showing empty. But memory used shows there is a content.

Kingston — pen drive takes so much in the process of copy.

i have a 4gb pendrive of kingston and my problem is that my pendrive takes so much time in copying.when i start copying two or more things both copy process seems to be still and the estimated time for copy a data starts increasing..even this problems persists in the small data like 70 mb or 80 mb...........i bought my pendrive on 3 august 2009...please tell me solutin

I am from Ludhiana(Punjab) city. I was purchased a Kingston pen drive 32gb near about 2 months ago. Whenever i want to open it, it display error "your pen drive is not formatted, you need to format it to function properly".

I had format this pen drive many time, both by quick format & other long time options, but the problem still remain as it.

Please suggest me what should i have to do.

Can this pen drive can be replaced, as it is under warranty period.

Error displayed on PC or Laptop>> (Please insert the derive).This USB pen drive under life time warranty. Please sort out my problem or replace this pen drive against warranty.Im also call the local service centre of Kingston but im not able to contact the given no. (Always reply congestion problem).Please do the needful on urgent basics.

Kingston — non delivery within the stipulated time mentioned

I have purchased the Kingston Pen Drive of 8GB in[protected] which has a warranty of 5 years. While I was working with the Pen Drive all of a sudden it became inactive. Then I took it to the Accel Frontline Services Limited located at # 32, 1st floor, Upstairs Canara Bank, Sarojini Devi Road, Behind Mohamed Ali and Sons Tent, Hyderabad-03, AP. My Call Id is: KINHYD[protected]DW.

I have submitted the said pen drive on[protected] and they promised me to return the same within10 to 15 days which they failed to do so. As I am a hardward engineer, I have been facing many problems due to the said pen drive.

Hence I request you to take this complaint and do favour for me at an early date.
